Please note that refunds require prior communication with a Pyravet representative. You must request a refund and obtain a return number and address before returning any items. Therefore, we must issue a refund without these details.

Returns Terms & Conditions:

  • 1. We accept returns within 40 days from the delivery date, which is confirmed when the tracking link shows “delivered” by the courier.
  • 2. Returns requested after 40 days may not qualify for a refund and will be assessed case-by-case.
  • 3. Pyravet reserves the right to decline refund requests based on a customer’s transaction history.
  • 4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from us.
  • 5. Customers must obtain a tracking link for the returned products and provide it upon request.
  • 6. Return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping costs due to courier rates.
  • 7. Contact a Pyravet customer service representative within 40 days to request your refund before returning goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to contactus@pyravet.com. Include your invoice number and name, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
